• On-Site Computer or Network Services ............................. $150/hr
• Telephone Support ........................................................... $150/hr

All rates are billed with a 1 hour minimum in 15 minute increments, with the exception of Telephone Support which is billed with a 15 minute minimum.

There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for After-Hours Service and we do NOT charge for travel time. We understand that in many circumstances you cannot afford to shutdown your critical systems during regular business hours, so we won't make you pay a penalty for service during times when it is convenient for you.

Normally, we expect payment when services are rendered, but will extend credit terms to the most qualified local companies.
